Profile: Mr. Romancheck has over 30 years experience in the architecture / engineering industry. His duties have included Job Captain / Project Manager responsible for translating a facility design into (bid) construction documents that meet all applicable building codes. Mr. Romancheck provides supervision of construction document production, coordinating design elements among the various disciplines, including specifications, and leads all combined efforts throughout the production stage. He is responsible for ensuring that any design conflicts are promptly resolved and maintains quality control standards over all documents. His responsibilities also include providing construction administration services throughout the life of construction.
