Profile: Mr. Gunton has been involved in all aspects of architecture and construction since 1979. He has personal experience in all stages of project design from the conceptual and design schematic phases to the development of complete concise construction documents, bid packaging and construction administration. As project manager, Mr. Gunton's responsibilities include the procurement of design service contracts from various consultants, management of associated fees, scheduling multiple and various projects to be completed and delivered within established budgets. He has been involved with a wide variety of projects including retail, government, education, health care, distribution centers, corporate office and data processing centers.

• Burlington Coat Factory - Burlington, NJ - New 650,000 SF distribution facility including 120,000 SF office space.
• U.S. Naval IMHC - Mechanicsburg, PA - New 480,000 SF integrated material handling complex facility utilizing automated storage and retrieval systems for the United States Navy.
• Raflatac - Hanover, PA - 60,000 SF manufacturing facility within a new 120,000 SF building.
• Metroplex Plaza - 780,000 SF retail power center situated on 105 acres for 18 tenants with spaces ranging from 9,500 SF to 160,000 SF.
• Lock Haven Recreation Center - Lock Haven, PA - New 40,900 SF multi-purpose recreation center for Lock Haven University.
• Weis Markets - Sunbury, PA - Managed design and construction of 17 new stores in 3 states each with 53,000 - 65,000 SF.
• Phoenixville School District - Phoenixville, PA - Renovations and additions to existing school.
• Beneficial Insurance - Tampa, FL - New 6-story parking structure with 6 floors of office space above.
• Arena Hub Plaza - Wilkes-Barre, PA - New retail strip center including Staples, Best Buy, Bed, Bath & Beyond, and Shoe Department.
• Western Wayne School District - Western Wayne, PA - Renovations and additions to existing school.
• Super Computer Facility - Fort Meade, MD - New 183,000 SF, 2-story security access controlled facility containing 100,000 SF of raised access floor.
• Galleria Mall - Middletown, NY - Managed design and construction of new retail mall center including several major anchor stores for Pyramid Companies, Inc.
• Hecht's - Wheaton, MD - New 120,000 SF anchor store attached to existing Wheaton Plaza.
• Lord & Taylor - several states - Managed design and construction of multiple stores exceeding 100,000 SF.
